From the course to the finish line
The 5Sport operations team runs events end to end or takes on individual services, from community runs of a few hundred people to large marathons and trail races. The team works from the race's own participant list.

Course design
Site surveys, distance measurement, maps, aid and medical stations, cut-off points, traffic management with the authorities.

Permits and paperwork
Rules, event plan, security, medical and traffic plans prepared for the authorities.

Registration and ticketing
Registration website, payments and automatic bib numbers on 5S SaaS and 5Ticket.

Race kits
Bib printing, packing, QR race-kit pickup, controlled proxy pickup.

Timing
Electronic chips, timing mats at the start, checkpoints and finish. Results go live on 5Sport Result.

Race-day operations
Start and finish area coordination, aid stations, volunteers, opening and awards program.

Safety and medical
Medical team, ambulances, rescue crews (especially on trail courses), incident response plans.

Branding and communications
Race identity, shirts, medals, backdrops, communications plan. Photos delivered to participants via 5PIX.
