A race already set up on your website goes on the marketplace with one switch: no re-entering distances, no rebuilding the price list, no recreating the form. Orders from both channels land in one participant list.

Both channels share one inventory. Sold out on one means sold out on both.
Turn marketplace sales on or off at any time, no approval from us needed. When off, the marketplace stops taking new orders. Existing buyers keep their tickets and can still change distance or transfer as usual.

5Ticket marketplace questions
Do we have to re-enter the race to list it on the marketplace?
No. The marketplace uses the race data you already set up. Edit it in the admin console and the listing updates.
Do we lose our brand on the marketplace?
The race page on the marketplace uses your name, cover image and description. Your own website keeps running alongside it.
Does the marketplace sell other kinds of events?
It opens to sports events first, other event types follow.
