It depends on the channel. On your website, if you use your own payment gateway, money goes straight to your account and we never hold it. On the 5Ticket marketplace, 5S collects on your behalf, then reconciles and pays you out under the contract.
Yes. In Vietnam, a website that sells tickets is an e-commerce website and must be registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Many organizers only find out after sales have opened. We guide you through the paperwork step by step.
